I'm afraid you have no time left for inside skills.

How about these ending skills? Salary around 80 k. Age 23. You can train further, he's MVP. He would be great SG/SF combo.

Jump Shot: 13 (+5) Jump Range: 14 (+6)
Outside Def.: 15 (+7) Handling: 13 (+5)
Driving: 13 (+5) Passing: 8
Inside Shot: 8 Inside Def.: 8 (+1)
Rebounding: 7 Shot Blocking: 6

Aight , thanks guys.

I'll prolly train his inside skills a wee bit more and then focus on outside skills as Manon suggested. He's popped in rebouding since btw.

Thank for you help it looks like in order to get him to the skill set that you mentioned I will be training him until he is 25. I think it is a great plan, and I do have another similar trainee that I am training with him.

Hey guys, I am a new manager in this game but I don't know how to look the player potentials. e.x I don't know which player is center, which is playmaker etc. Can one of you guys tell me how to do it.

You play hime where you want according to the skills, the position depends on the coach.
Potential tells you the room for improvement in trainning.
If you are new, read the red posts. It'll help you a lot.

If you ask something else, please clarify.
