You're never going to be able to fix the handling vs driving imbalance and a shame about the stamina, but otherwise very nice!
(because of the stam. you can't guarantee 48 mins, so i'd make you sure you give him 1 sup appearance too. He's worth sacrificing the extra trainee, especially on 2 position training weeks)

Nice one my best 19 year old 5/5 A+ was. In this draft I got 3 players who are 19 year old, two with potential Hall of Fame and last one with MVP potential, pretty good draft I guess.

Weekly salary: $ 4 379
Role: draws a paycheck

DMI: 0
Age: 19
Height: 6'7" / 201 cm
Potential: hall of famer
Game Shape: respectable
Jump Shot: strong Jump Range: inept
Outside Def.: strong Handling: respectable
Driving: respectable Passing: strong
Inside Shot: mediocre Inside Def.: mediocre
Rebounding: average Shot Blocking: pitiful
Stamina: inept Free Throw: average

Experience: atrocious TSP: 60 (42 + 18)

But as i'm new to here pretty much, I don't know what to do with him, because he is 6'7'' as a PG, where do I play him tho? What do I need to train?

It probably makes most sense to turn him into a Small Forward. His current given position means very little. His length determines which skills will train faster/slower. With his middle of the road length he can train both some outside and inside skills at an average pace and he starts of with decent OD.

I think you could start with 1 vs 1 which would improve DR/HD/IS/JS and then upgrade his OD. At some point you could decide whether you want him to be really good inside with high IS or improve that JR more so that he does well in outside offenses. Or go for a balance between the two if that's what you prefer. ID and RB are also nice to have on a SF.

this is not a fully optimized training plan but just some thoughts to give you some direction. It might also be a good idea to ask your countries NT coach for advice since this could be a future NT player (and U21)

So I guess I have to sell the other two prospects with MVP and HOF potential, because they are SG and PG prospects.

But thanks man, you really helped me!

Hmmm if you want you can also hang onto them or one of them a bit longer. SG and PG can partly benefit from the same training (1 vs 1, OD, JR, JS, PS are all nice for them as wel. And even the IS doesn't hurt on them. So personally I'd see if I could have them join the training for a while longer as long as the training benefits all of them. Then evaluate later on again.

The only "rule" is that with this kind of potential you don't want to resort to less than 100% efficiency training. So no OD for 2 positions, etc.

Yeah I guess, I will sell one guy and keep the other, but I have to think how I will play two of them... both at the guard spot, or both at the forward position? Because if I play one as a SF and other as a SG, I can get only 90% training if i'm correct.

You can train both of them 100%. For example if you train OD, the optimal position is to play them at PG. To get 100% of the training they need to make 48 minutes at this position minimal per week. You can force 48 minutes on 1 player in 1 game and thereby need only 2 games to get both of them 48 minutes at the PG spot. This is the most efficient way and this way you can even train a 3rd trainee.

Alternatively you can have 2 games with 1 as a starter and the other as backup at PG and then the 3rd game / scrimmage play the backup as a starter and thereby have both get more than 48 minuten. This is less efficient since you can't train a 3rd trainee.

after group demo, and interviewed some of them, I didn't find 5 star potential draftees this season, so disappointed.
