When I answered a question earlier (think it was mllamas) I said that I plan to have assistants. And yes I agree with all you guys, if elected I would try build as big of a staff as i can or need be. And also as I keep mentioning, no one will get rejected just like that. Fair go for everyone with a genuine interest in our national teams

This will be a lot of work, and just like our NT coach Whitebeard I plan to have permanent assistants helping me throughout my entire term if elected. Ideally I would assign them tasks for them to do each week, gather all the information I recieve and oversee the whole process. I would also have my own share of the workload. Dont worry I wont be getting my assistants to do all the work

This is what I wrote here - (http://www.buzzerbeater.com/community/forum/read.aspx?thr...) before anyone had mentioned assistants. So all of you can see I already had this in mind and was going to have a staff helping me out I'm just saying i was going to make sure that the staff do their jobs. With any of you veterans that join the staff, I would trust you's anyways to do the right thing

I'm three weeks away from the end of the school term where I'll be on holidays (for those who don't know I'm a teacher not a student) and if you were to run and win the job, tremell, I would help out in some capacity if you needed it.

Hahaha had a good chuckle at that. Shanmag is currently in Canada perfecting the art of a making a Canadian bacon sandwich as we speak....if she is on board as official sandwich maker what more could any of us want!

I'd be happily be Director of Sandwich Making. I hope you like maple bacon or peanut butter and jam.
