So im having a problem managing the training system, my point guard seems to be getting pops every friday and that makes it hard to train that big i got. Think i might have to sell him. I don't mind the loss in money. My draft also looks like it will give me small guys so def no spot for him now. Is there something i should know before i put him on the TL? Maybe you might prefer him going somewhere specific.

Quick couple questions on draft and training.
So far I have scouted 4 players.
1 is PF 5 star(A+) and 4 potential (18yrs)
2 are PF 5star(A+) and 3 potential (19yrs)
1 is PG 5 star (A+) and 3 potential (19yrs)

Do I try and find a better prospect or try and save money I'm doing 40000 a week for scouting.

I stopped scouting recently I'll have to do with what i got. I got 1 19 year old that looks good but reading the forums it seems people dont like 19 year olds. Are they that bad?

Okay it's not that 19 year olds are that bad the problem is the goal is to get the most development out of the players as possible. If they are 19 that means the lose 1 year of potential development to get to "National Team Level".

In South Africa because it is such a small country it doesn't matter as much because if there is a good 19 year old drafted and you train him right there is a good chance he will make the U21 National Side anyway.

Overall an 18 year old is better as you can develop him to a higher level eventually than a 19 year old per se as he will get a year more of training.

Okay, makes some sense. I'd also think with the way the SA community is small the 19 year old would eventually get into the SA NT and get in a few minutes just maybe not as a starter.
