This is my little project:

Age: 18
Height: 6'5" / 196 cm

Game Shape: strong

Jump Shot: respectable Jump Range: strong
Outside Def.: strong Handling: respectable
Driving: strong Passing: average
Inside Shot: mediocre Inside Def.: average

In eleven weeks of training he's had 10 ups so far.

2x JS
1x JR
2x OD
1x Han
1x Dr
1x IS
1x ID
1x SB

We have both said a lot of things that you are going to regret.

What position does he play? Sounds like he's a power forward or small forward good trainer.

I plan to improve him everywhere so he should be able to play SG/SF and with some flaws PG or PF in a couple of seasons.

I need some advice obout training this guy. Should I first start with OD, handling or passing? Or just rotate JR, JS, OD, HND, DV,...?
I'm gonna make him into a SG with good inside skills (or maybe an outside based SF.

Suggestions?

I'd train rotating OD, Passing and Driving until his OD reaches prolific. This should boost his handling quite a bit. Then go on rotating JS and JR until they reach the level you desire, and cap him off by boosting his OD further, or give him some more Driving.

His ID makes him a bad choice for SF, but he'll be a nice slashing SG, well-suited for LI or balanced offenses.

Train his IS and ID up to prolific at least, and his Rebounding to proficient. Some Driving to utilize his inside offense, and some more Passing could be helpful, too.

FTs are quite low, so you should look into them, too.

Well, as the second season of trining comes to a close, here is my best trainee:

Weekly salary: $ 9 479
Role: regular starter
(BuzzerBeta)

DMI: 109300
Age: 19
Height: 6'0" / 183 cm
Potential: MVP
Game Shape: strong

Jump Shot: proficient Jump Range: strong
Outside Def.: tremendous ↑ Handling: prolific
Driving: prolific Passing: proficient
Inside Shot: atrocious Inside Def.: respectable
Rebounding: mediocre Shot Blocking: atrocious
Stamina: awful Free Throw: inept

Experience: pitiful

I going to get his OD up another two levels, then probably split the rest of next season between 1-on-1 and JS.
