The salary floor in India is $242k. Just for reference, I started in Season 14 and have made the playoffs every season since. Admittedly the current number 1 in India tanked 5 seasons and then spent $15 mil at one shot but it is possible to be competitive without tanking.

FWIW, there's definitely already no effect for TIEing if you give a WO.

this season in Italian SerieA there have been 2 teams tanking. They have got tons of money and next season will have a rooster that no other team in II will be able to afford. All I can hope is that neither of them will relegate to my league.
THIS REALLY SUCKS !

So, 466 posts later, the thing that irks and irritates and causes dissatisfaction among most people, this cheating phenomenon... nothing is being done yet?

Well do they care? As long as we pay for supporter and (accidentally) click on their ads, they're all good.

I cross my fingers that this isn't the case!

Well they have stated in the news that they see it as a problem that many dislike and that they will look in to it. So i believe they are doing just that. We'll just have to see when a change comes.

Fingers crossed!! I think it's part reason why the price of high calibre players is so cheap and the economy is making it so that training isn't as worthwhile any more.

That high quality players as you say are so cheap probably has something to do with that there are to many of them in comparison to how many teams there are that actually can hold such players. I think a change in the draft could fix that. make star and allstar players more common and the end of the potential ladder a lot more rare.

Yeah true. Either that or ease up on reintroducing players through free agency.

Another thing that would help: don't set back the fan survey after a season. Let fans, that had to see their team lose 22 games in a row with -50, still be very angry in the new season.
