ya it = slow money.. but if you get the strategy right, and can promote quicker, then it will = more money quicker.. i think it is an interesting, but flawed strategy.. it will only take someone so far..

Your right though, i have way too old players and yes im training game shape every week.

Just enjoying the game i like to play it

i think im now a good chance to remain in 4th spot for the year, so i may just TIE every game now, so that when i make the 1st round of playoffs, i will win that game...... then the next....then the next.....then the next and promote

but i gotta say blokes, thanks for making the game way more enjoyable

seriously DIV 4 was so fukced up, no one spoke

skyhook, youve got this game against me on tuesday, easily. one of my best players is stuffed, thanks to bainsy.

you're doing real well.. i dont think your players are to old at all, the concern you have tho is once they start dropping skill points, you're gonna need to replace those players, and if ur not making $$ you could struggle.

I am glad to see you enjoying the game.. Sorry if i called your strategy out :P I actually dont mind it as a short term strategy, but i think sooner or later you're gonna hit the wall and go backwards fast.. Whilst your training GS, every1 else is training skills, and their players are getting better!

The race for 4th is still pretty tight on your side of the draw.. TIEing every game can be a tough strategy, especially the way some of those boyz over there like to CT :D I do think you should hold on to 4th, but i would be very surprised if you could knock over the blaze :D

I am not treating Tuesday as a foregone conclusion at all.. As soon as you think you have an easy win coming up in this league, you end up losing.. just remember, my star SG is out, so we're both missing key players.

i noticed a team in our league: be high, hasnt logged on for nearly a week

wonder if hes pulled the pin? or is it normal for someone to not log on in a week?

the price of winning i wouldnt have mind getting the win and losing Snzajder for a week or 2, cause my next few weeks are pretty straight forward

i doubt it. maybe he has just been caught up for a week or so, no net access.. it does happen from time to time.. i wouldnt think he would pull the pin, not when he has his team sitting comfortably in 2nd, but stranger things have happened..

have a look on our side.. boganators hasnt been on for a while.. i expect them to go bot tomorrow if he doesnt get on soon :D

Lets hope so, then he can release that MVP that hasn't played a minute and someone who gives a toss can train him! Good luck with your Strats MG, think you might have a tough game though against me first round of the playoffs! We have a league game preview to come for that in a few weeks! :)

Yeah I had that last week, does hurt big time, but it means an extra pay day near the end of the season :) So what is your plan big fella, expensive roster but haven't seen much movement from you lately, do you plan on having a run at the title or what?

i dont see your angle :D we were so far back in 6th it wasn't funny. we have won 4 of our last 5 games to move out of relegation, and are only now 1 game behind the Rangas for 4th. My 3 trainees are coming along very nicely and once courreges especially develops i think we will be up to challenge.. wont be next season, but i am thinking if i dont implode like i did at the end of last season, then i will be ok to start challenging the season after.

we have 8 games left for the season, i think for us 5 of those are winnable.. if we can do that, i think we will have done a good job salvaging what was a horrible start to the season. (just hope i dont go bankrupt in the process...)

There is my angle, can you afford your roster for a prolonged period? Are you going to be able to upgrade stadium or players if needed? Just curious really, you have a strong team now and I would think strong enough to challenge all in this league in the right circumstances.
