Para sa akin respectable block shot is high enough already for a 19 yo player. Wait ka lang sa mga secondary pops kasi if you train Inside Defense may side training yan ng Shot Blocking. So sure yan magpop yung SB mu for one to two levels in the next few seasons.

Shot Blocking ay isang skill na magpalaki sa salary. Ang isang mapansin ko ang use sa shotblocking is it alters shots. Sabi sa iba mahalaga daw talaga ang shotblocking pero as I said it increases the salary pretty high so ikaw na magdecide if it is worth it. If you really want to train shot blocking wait until older na ang player. Saves you lots of money in the long run.

Very nice yung player mu may handling at driving. Try mu e respectable ang handling at driving. It will help your player a lot.

May tanong ka PM me lang. Pwede natin e try ipahabol yang player mu sa U21 in two seasons time.

Ang pumasok sa 3pt Contest ng league namen ay ang top 5 na may 3pt shot made. Bali sa 3pt shot made nag babase, dahil may ibang players na mas mataas ang percentage pero di pumasok at meron din mas mataas ang attempts at di rin pumasok.

siguro po may influencen din ang 3-PT% para maqualify. kasi meron pong player (A) sa league namin na nakapasok kahit masmaraming nagawang 3-PT shot si player B. ang pinagkaiba lang po eh less than 30% si player B sa rainbow country at more than 40% naman po si player A. baka po ang nagkuqualify ay yung pinakamaraming 3-PT shots made given that they reach a certain percentage. may nakapasok po akong player, (yahoo!), di naman kataasan 3-PT made niya pero maganda ang percentage niya. :D salamat po sa tulong.

siguru nga, first time lang kase may nakapasok sa team ko sa 3pt competition kaya di ko rin alam, malamang may required na 3pt percentage para makapasok.

so kung mataas na ang salary ng trainer ko ibig ba sabihin mas experienced sya magtrain or time to replace na?

gaano kataas ang salary sa trainer mu at what level siya? having a high salary won't impact training. its the level of the trainer plus what league you are in. the higher the trainer the lower the league the faster training is.

Trainer Level indicates that. Walang effect ang salaries sa skill.

Good trainee n yan para sa league 4, kung gusto mong mag ka star player team mo at boost na rin sa merch mo, pero kung para sa U21 at income palagay ko hindi.
