If anything in Wolph's post actually surprised you, then you must not really be familiar with him.
Yes, Wolph can be a little rough around the edges or perhaps alot. He also comes from a totally different scenario which (being in a micronation) makes somethings difficult to relate to. But Generally, he knows what he is talking about. He also made it very clear that he doesn't look down on you as a manager. He merely thinks you are new to the area of the market, which with only 500k in sales, I would have to agree. It doesn't mean that anything you are saying is incorrect, but remember this is a Help forum for the guys who need help, not a Forum for people to flex their muscle about their knowledge of the game.
