Congratulations on the win today, we are actually very pleased we managed to hold you down to 13 difference... I was amazed that the wrong prediction did not result in a dramatic swing in points result for you. In fact if anything it seemed to help us. I am not sure the game day preparation does what we think it does, in covering against the inside offense with our prep we avoided you being able to dominate us inside, and even though you played balanced, you only scored 22 from FG's at PF and C. It would seem the inside prediction even though it did not meet what you played, served to keep you from attacking us inside anyway and the outside defense from our guards seemed to hold you off (could this be a fault in the game engine?).

Your SF ripped us apart however and I would argue for Velling being MVP.

The big surprise of the night was the fouls, wow 40 fouls!! Incredible lol.

Anyway, I wanted to wish you all the best of luck with the rest of the league, please obliterate all your opponents for us so we can take second or third place

Thanks )
I guess we just dont have enough information about GDP for now. Watch Turkish game and Sakartvelo - Magyarország, it is realy surprising... for Turkie and Hungary for sure.
And we will surely win the rest league, so you can take 3rd place, second place i guess will take our neighbors (Ukraine).
Good luck!

Dmitriy.

All in all we managed to hold a much better team down to 13 points difference which begs the question. How did we do it? Is it that game day prep boosts defense in that area?

The predictions were wrong. So the defence should therefore be weakened. Or their offence strengthened. Either way, it couldn't have helped us in the game.

I agree it was a better performance than expected against the strongest opponent on our schedule. Certainly something to build on.

I agree it should be weakened, but not inside, it would be more vulnerable outside. In the information on the game day preparation it says you will be more vulnerable the more wrong you are (aka if they run outside and you predict inside its a bigger difference). However, that said, we held their inside men to a sum total of 11 FG's... that's a team with 200k of C's and PF's against our 100k... I would suggest that it may well be that our prediction may have made us stronger in our inside defense even though it weakened our outside defense. If that is the case, I should imagine in the current season people will start predicting inside against NT's where the team is built specifically for LI.

I'm not sure that it follows that our wrong prediction weakening outside defence makes inside defence stronger but its an interesting supposition.

I wasn't sure either, but I can't figure out how on earth we held them on the inside so well when they are so obviously dominant there.

that injury on them early didnt hurt. no coincidence you did better after frist quarter. (Duk was his name)

and here i was thinking that it was rabbit season and not the duk season ;)

good preformance. by holding em close, u took care of the point differential which could end up playing a big role. Without a doubt, had the GS been better then u might have been able to cause an upset. The real work starts now. i just hope u'll get a chance to challenge for that second spot without being held back by poor GS on players...

best of luck. monday is a big game and in the event of a victory, u'd really be putting pressure on the Ukraine team (who sadly enough face russia on the final day of the qualifier, meaning that Russia is likely to have qualified by then and will play TIE). A win here would put u in a promessing position, but England will have to work hard on it's point difference to qualify. Cause i got a feeling that the 2nd spot is most likely going to be determined by point difference.

Am I missing something or should there be a game going on?

you are missing a U21 game :P

the view live buttons are available. but it looks like the game won't start. i'm pretty sure it's a technical issue with a leaky roof like in the Houston rockets vs Washington Wizards game of a couple of day's ago :P
