I agree with LA-Manon.
However I would rather have 17/16/14/16 inside skills. I don't rate RB that high because I feel you can compensate it with
a) good defense
b) more RB on PG/SG/SF for less salary.

what an open ended question.

I would develop a PF with awesome JR and JS, good OD and amazing SB and then just play 3-2 zone all day with a Princeton offense.

Just to prove that the other offenses and defensive sets in this game work.

Well, I see it like this:

Why try to build great allround bigs (i.e. with decent outside skills) if you go for non-allround guards (and maybe SF)?
If you go allround on every position, you don't face salary problems with RB on your smaller players and you can play pretty much any offense you like.

Thanks for those ideas. I've recently become aware of the importance of SB so will be training that to a fairly high level. I'll experiment with princeton too to see what the offence looks like.
