Gaston Whitson just got a career high in Points and steals in a great win against thunder's, even if it was on CT. Whitson is getting really, really good, although I wish I would have started training someone with higher potential. I feel like my team has progressed a lot since last season, but I still need some help. I know that everyone here is competing and stuff but I was just wondering what you guys think I need to do to my squad to get to the next level?

The most glaring issue on your roster is your starting SF position. A major upgrade there would easily solidify you as the second best team in your conference and one more upgrade away from being a championship contender. Judging by the amount of young guys you have, I assume you're two-position training your guards. If you're just training one position, you should get rid of the youngsters you aren't training and upgrade the open position. Any non-trainees receiving minutes in regular season games should be shooting above 40%, maybe even 45%. Right now, you have a few shooting below 40% which needs to be addressed. Bringing in some better scorers should take away shots from your weaker ones (depending on what offense you run), which will increase your team's shooting percentage.

Neophytes managed to go to the line a whopping 41 times, which helped them edge out an upset over the Ninjas. Looks like someone paid off the refs.

I have taken everything that both of you have said into consideration and have adjusted my team accordingly. So many good points, thank you guys so much! I sold my off trainee and got quite a bit back for him. I also am getting rid of gebell (he'll sell in a few hours.) I also filled the holes at the 2 and 3, and I kept the TSP comparison you made in mind. Also: my arena just finished and I'm at 10000 capacity, I invested in about 2000 new bleachers a while ago, I was just wondering how much bigger should it get from here?

Lastly, I know that I should definitely get Whitson some secondary skills besides passing and handling and so on, but I really want to envision him as the epitome of a point guard, so I'm training only his pg skills till he's maxed. It just feels best to me to make sure that the skills that matter most at his position are the best they can possibly be. Also he is an assist hog and I love it. (His passing is already stupendous and I reallllllly wanna get it to legendary.) He's about to lead whatever league he goes into in assists and I'm 100% down for that.

I can't thank you enough for these tips! Seriously you two, thank you!!!
