Congrats to Slash on winning the league championship over another darn good team. I hope you stay in DII for many seasons!

Thanks! I am nervous about sticking up. It looks like Sounders made the playoffs, so it's possible, but I am worried I went to heavy on primary skills and it is going to come back to bite me in D2 as I won't have salary efficient enough builds. We will see!

Thanks! You are right that Xenos has a very good team. I really struggled knowing the best way to attack his guard heavy lineup, but decided to just stick with my strengths and thankfully it was enough. Two coin flip games that could have gone either way.

Hmm I typed up a reply but must have forgotten to send it, let me try again.

If I have a high draft pick, then I tend to favor high potential 18 yr olds still, but you are right they might not be optimal anymore. I like the added flexibility though of getting that extra season to mold them into what I want them to be. In the past, I remember draft where I get excited about a 5* prospect, but then he has basically no secondaries. I started revealing skills just as a way to try to see the secondaries I care about, but then I get carried away. I typically start though with OD/SB and then PS/JR, because I like OD, PS and JR on everyone if possible, so good call on Extra Pass.

This season, knowing I have a lower pick I did focus more on 19 yr olds. With my training spots all full I am hoping to just draft a cup starter, so potential doesn't matter as much as just skills. Not sure if I will find what I want though.

I had my eye on a 79 TSP 19 year old, but didn't get him as lélé did instead. I did get Chestnut though with a 11.5k salary but so low of potential that BM already says he's capped, lol. I can't post pictures here but he's mostly just big primaries with 23/38 for 61 TSP. 3 10s and 1 8 (rebounding) in big skills. First time I have ever drafted a capped player lol.
