Ah ok, fair enough. It sounds like a lot of the tactics either don't work as intended, or aren't described very accurately in the rules.
These are things that should be mentioned in the rules. I don't think
everything should be covered by the rules, but as they are now, they have hardly any information at all in them, and then the information that is there proves to be incorrect half the time!

It seems quite bizzare that a SG would take 31 shots, if that description was accurate! They should at least mention the reasons that the tactic might not work as it was intended, or what you require to effectively use each tactic.
