Sorry, but this is not true.

That's good to know. Maybe the discrepancies in training speed my trainees had were due to something else.

Well, there are a bunch of them. Elastic effect, age, trainer level, one VS two position training, fast and slow trainings (fast: passing, slow: JR). Are you sure there isn't any other reason?

I know it's probably just my personal preference, but I like DR better on my guards than JS and JR. Opposing players' OD stop JS, JR and a bit of PA, while layups laugh in the face of OD. Of course you have to play the right tactics for this, but since I'm of the opinion that OD is overtrained and PA and DR undertrained, I don't like outside tactics much

I totally agree with you that PA is undertrained and OD is overtrained. But you cant deny the effect from having high OD so what are you gonna do?=)
I bet a team with high DR and PA would eat up a good OD team though.

And that's what I'm doing. Others are training JS and JR, I'm training PA and DR. And a little bit of IS on my guards. Until OD is overtrained, I think inside tactics are the way to go.

How does the One on One training for Fowards affect Jump Shot if the skill is ver high? I wanna raise driving for my SF but i definitely don't want him to get another jump shot pop. JS is 17 driving is 10.

I have some sort of facts for rebounding with trainer at level 6.

- all other skills are lower
- 10 weeks in a row
- all 48+minutes every week
- all players 18years, and last 3 weeks of course 19years

1) 6'1" / 185 cm - 4 pops + 1 trainings
2) 6'4" / 193 cm - 5 pops + 0 trainings
3) 6'9" / 206 cm - 5 pops + 0 trainings

Some kind of "penalty" can be seen in rebounding training due to shortness of the player, or bumps for longer. I know the tallest is not tall enough, so I have now new 18 years old with 7'2" / 218 cm height.

I will report that progress also after this season and I can include pops in other skills also (inside shots and inside defense found so far, but not full levels so no value on that info yet).

But it's here that we can talk about the delay in the Friday training?
What the analysis says?
