New trainees have finally come! Although I was 5th in my league, I hit the jackpot:

Weekly salary: $ 6 075
Role: draws a paycheck
(BuzzerBeta)

DMI: 0
Age: 18
Height: 6'2" / 188 cm
Potential: superstar
Game Shape: respectable
Jump Shot: respectable Jump Range: average
Outside Def.: respectable Handling: respectable
Driving: respectable Passing: respectable
Inside Shot: atrocious Inside Def.: average
Rebounding: pitiful Shot Blocking: atrocious
Stamina: respectable Free Throw: atrocious

6 respectables and two averages, all in the right positions (well, maybe I'd rather have an average in FT or even IS instead in ID, but that would be just too much). His only weakness is FT. He made me change a lot of plans for this season, so I think I'm looking at new U-21 PG ;)

You can try to sell Sumbing for 1k, but I doubt you'll find a buyer.

Remonde is very nice, even though he is already 19. He won't make as much as an 18yo on the market, but if you're willing to train him, go for it.

Santiago is the hardest choice for me. He could give you some money on the market, but his OD is really bad for a G or SF. If you keep him, you'll need to train OD all season. If he was just a little taller, he could become a great PF, but that runs counter to your current training plans.

My advice would be to keep either Santiago and your two trainees, or Santiago, Remonde and the better one of your trainees, and to single position train them in OD and Passing until Santiago reaches strong OD and respectable Passing. This will take most of this season.

thank you for the reply, i think, I will sell Sumbing and my SG. And I will train my SF, Santiago and Remonde in Single positon in OD for the whole season. Is that a good idea? and also my SG price is about 100-200k.

I picked up an interesting trainee. Perfect big guy skills and he's listed as a center but he's 6'3" so I think I'm going to train him as SF, probably a lot of 1-on-1 and pressure training. Thoughts?

I would advise against it. With those JS/JR and OD stats it looks like too much work.

I've gotten a pretty good big man trainee from the draft even though I had the last pick. I want to boost my inside defense by training one position ID for my three big men with level 5 trainer for the whole season, however I would like to ask for your opinion if this is advisable. For the last season and a half, I've been doing two-position training.

Hear are my trainees:

Do 1 position training if the other big-men you have are pretty old and you don't have any other potential trainees. I think 1 position training sounds good to me.

How about training ID for the whole season, would that be advisable? I want to turn my whole team into a defensive one that could stop any offense. Already got guards with great OD with some passing to at least have competent game flow.
