Its like coefficient 1.04 for 3~6 trainees at 70kish a week.
or
coefficient .1 PLUS FT/ST/GS pops for ALL PLAYERS at 2K a week.........

maybe 1/10th as much primary skill pops, but 10times the FT/ST/GS pops on about 3~4 times as many players for about 1/30th the cost.......

Jeeeeez. Seems like a no brainer! And here i will find myself training atleast another 4 or 5 seasons...how much farther ahead will the smart teams training ST/FT for basically free get in taht time....scary to think.

im doing FT/Stamina and Game shape training round about half of a season for my squad and believe it or not i got ZERO cross pops untill now!!

so maybe u must boost ur sample size a little bit till u cry in the wood !!

:-D

You don't seem to understand. I said: does the trainer level now influence the training for FT, ST and GS, regarding that 10% going into cross-training. If it does, it would be perhaps more profitable to train FT, ST and GS with higher level trainer.
If your players start out at FT and ST skill at 1. Then it might be profitable to run stamina and free throw training the whole season (remember it might still not be profitable). What happens after that?
I think you should fire your lvl7 coach and go with your newly discovered great training plan. I dare you!

Remember that this 10% percent is random. For example, it took me nearly a season to get one crossed pop. Now, this season I already had one....

After my new trainee finishes with U21, I will fire my trainer and dedicate half a season to ST and FT. In the meantime, I'll buy 5-10 18y olds, Perennial allstars/Superstars for cheap and hope they will get some pops, then sell them. To me, that's the only feasible way to get something out of crosstraining. Using CT to actually train players and then expect them to play an important role in your team - I think it's not.

You mean team training FT/ST or other skills?

Training FT and ST is certainly better than before, but as for other skills it still sucks...
