Just like any other bank

But would they really? They are a publicly listed company and have to report to the US government for all the activities they do.

i wouldn't know that normal bank could do that this easy, and they had done it(close accounts with money on it, without fake accusation for terrorism, who are far away from base on facts and pretty often in one period) and their privacy policy is pretty open.

Edit: Watch here under criticism http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Paypal they don't mention the terrorism thing, which froze plenty of at least german accounts, and i know a victim who have nothing to do with it(and if this would true germany is a land of terrorist^^)

Something like that -> http://www.paypalwarning.com/claim_of_terrorist_activity in germany such things would normally started from the state and not from concern^^

Basically if I was going to have a bank account with an internet based company I would prefer PayPal over any other.

There are similar smear websites for Google, Microsoft and any big company

i would prefer a real bank, woul is commited to abnk restrictions like data protection, protection of the fund of the customers and not able to freeze everything they like. And if they like to freeze people who are ebay powersellers because there first name was Manuel, this could cost your existence and not only porto.

Take your credit card, for internet transactions, and avoid Paypal - and yes i wouldn't make a bank account on google ;)

in this case why not using the prepaid card alone ;)

Which don't make you to sell your personal data, and don't let you pay money to paypal for this transaction.

especially for "small" target, paypal and paypal like service who collect money on different ways are pretty useful. But with their buissness behaviour, they don't get support from me and are far away from beeing the best payment method.

I am sure that you know more from me about that. Maybe i should ask my best man who is bank manager. What i know about paypal is that i am using it for 4-5 years (small transactions indeed) and i never had any problem with them

I have a problem getting salary info from my own division. Every other division is no problem, but for my own I only get info on what my own team pays in salary.

Also, my creditcard does not work with paypal. Is there any other way I could transfer a small amount for you?
