I'll want to come 5th any day of the week. It is clearly better.
$430k lump sum right now is better then $500k - $600k over 11 weeks.

Come on mate, no need to only take the first half of my statement. Obviously I meant it as a grain of a salt. BBs are too stubborn to admit their mistakes. So much suggestions to curb this, tanking, useless draft picks and so much more but no action has been taken so far. Maybe the BBs want the game to be run like this or they are developing something. Oh well, not like it bothers me...

I wasn't upset or trying to put you down or anything all I am saying is even if their claim is correct, which I doubt, it is still far better to be 5th than 3rd or 4th unless you have a reasonable chance to knock off 1st or 2nd. It is silly. Making the playoffs should be financially awesome.

Good game inprovement ideas there guys.

From a financial aspect it also seems that you are better off coming 6th rather than 4th.

Because assuming the results go as per ladder psotions, you get 2/3 & 1/3 of attendances for 6th versus 1/3 of an attendance for 4th.

I agree, however the potential danger of a couple of injuries causing you to relegate when you are in a easy and safe series (see Koopasaurus vs South Brisbane Vultures for an example) can be seen as compensation for the obvious financial benefits.

On the other hand there is no penalty for coming 5th except the specter of the Arabia Phoenix haunting you the next season.

well I'd rather come 3rd or 4th then come 6th, even if it meant a 430k difference.
Thats how scary it is this season in the relegation series...

Koop is correct, this season is potentially a risky time to be 6th, one week to see what moves Zazz, Iwen and Hadders make.

Id much rather finish 4th than 6th.

Both Iwen and Shanmag scare me lots and you are right an injury to Pedrosa or a lesser starter, would be horrible for HA.

Shanmag has put up a couple of posts which highlight her obvious dislike of me, so I fully expect her to dip into her buldging vault.

Rumour has it that she has so much cash that she has to vacuum seal it, so that it fits into the vault

I do have another card to play but will wait to see who plays what cards first and or still have the capacity to cover an injury

Happy to swap ladder positions with BHB or Koops if it was Possible.

This week should be about gameshapes and protecting players from injury

Have dwelled abit on a few stupid losses that have occurred this season which would have saved HA from this situation

Certainly was very unimpressive in the last game I played against you Yoda.

Little doubt if you had of used more enthusiam against me in that game that I would have lost it.

Mind you you would have done HA a huge favour if you could have rolled CCat in your last game
