My lack of experience, this is my 7th season and first in div II, so experience at higher levels of competetion is what I lack, although I believe I have enough strengths and many people to aid me that I can overcome that weakness! Keep the questions rolling! :D

i do think anything lower than 3rd would be a disappointment as well.

as for weaknesses as a NT manager. i would say as i've stated before, time is mine. i don't have unlimited time to spend studying, analyzing, communicating write ups, etc.

HPP throw something out there! it was me and you last time i believe)

I'm just laying low for now and will be focusing on creating the best PG/SG the country has ever seen - and might never see again. Actually, I don't know for sure but Williams might already be the best PG the country has ever seen. But I have not kept up to date on things recently, so I don't really know.

I would also love to start developing a young SF or PF and have the money to spend. But I just am not seeing that "guy" on the market. So I may have to develop one for another country.

and you both are still forgetting about my guy bowie. he's been in the weeds for his whole career. i still train him as i'm stubborn and been training him since he was 18. i will continue to train him until he's the best guard in canada.
stavridis and williams will both tremble in fear one day at the mention of his name.

Stavridis will be better!

If he's better it will only be because of higher inside skills vs lower outside skills and I seem to remember you saying a while back that primaries are far more important. ;-)

Based on my projections with just a few pops on Williams, I will probably be the only one in Canada that would want to pay for him even by next season. And I'm going to be hugely invested in training him past his cap, since he may hit it with just one more pop (actually, with his most recently pop on Friday, he moved into HOF capping range based on the formulas).

I love Mathew Williams, one of my favourite players in Canada.

With only a day left in voting, I'd like to remind Canada that their vote should be for only 1 of 4 (I believe, double checked both threads) serious candidates: Greerzillla, Bballin, Paulo, or myself....nobody else has posted anything, so remember that; your vote counts!!

What's your minimum OD for an inside oriented SF?

I'd like to up it just a bit on what our SF's have, but especially when you're out there for just an inside offence you can probably get away with a sensational-tremendous OD, but I would prefer hitting marvelous and just in case a team switches it up on us, we are ready.
