If you are gonna talk about delays or ask about them, please reffer to (197922.1).
Here, what was asked was about if a player was getting training or not because his owner, after some weeks, did not see any pops.

Your players are either played too much or played not much.

"Players who do not play much each week tend to lose focus and their Game Shape will be sloppy. Players who play too much in a week will get tired and their Game Shape will also be low-quality. These changes are gradual, and will build up over a few weeks' time"
