he can do better than this for example changing the name of his team in haistan (ranking will improve, I can guarantee)

I like your post. My campaign was over. But after a few weeks of nothing I say the Senior coach posting in the senior thread and praised him without mentioning the U21 team directly. If I had of known what a can of worms I was opening I wouldn't have done it.

I would have thought that TIE/CT/TIE would have left you closer to 4 than 5 but I admit I haven't done it with a NT and the way the enthusiasm changes much more slowly with NTs I just can't be sure. Bolivia has Enthusiasm = obsessed (14) right now and that will give us a massive bonus in any future games but I admit we have had a lot of luck.
