Looks like a smart move. Too many clever people in the ABBL for my liking. I want some more bots for the occasional easy win so I can keep up my enthusiasm for later tough cup battles.

Not sure if i will survive the first round. I have been on the lookout for the right big man but doesn't look like i will bring anyone in by Thursday. My opponent has a 73k SF who could be dangerous.

Outside of that SF though, he has 3 players between 14-24k salary and then it's all 3k scrubs. If you can't beat that then there's something wrong :P

hehe aussie is trying to beat that with his own 5k scrubs...

hes going to play his best two teams for the abbl games.. then his 5k scrubs in the CUP

classic case of aussie wanting his cake and eating it too...

Well i don't have 5k scrubs. Couple of 30k, couple of 12 k and my trainee SF. Good defense not so much offense. I'm annoyed about tonights game Marin only got 19 minutes so i'm guessing he got injured. Probably would have been the difference :(

You aren't the only one annoyed. Two games and two close losses.

Against Slam ! with 7 minutes to go scores were even but I managed to go on a massive missing spree to lose the game.

Against Urmummas I shot better, had a massive rebounding advantage 55-31 and still somehow managed to lose by two in the last three seconds of the match.

I was so excited when I got Olli Krentschker, what a freak of nature a PF with such high JS, JR and OD I figured I would be challenging the top teams instead since he arrived everything fell apart.

Was going to give you an actual analysis of your losses but decided against it. I'll just make it short and simple.

P.S. Great last big play with Australian national stars going up against each other. Three seconds to go, Lawrance backed off and that allowed Cunming to take a fade away. Swish!

No doubt, I have already reached the same conclusion and have possible replacements bookmarked. One I really like! Some players can be good players but are just a bad fit, I think that is the case, but he has bounced around a lot leaving several managers disappointed.

the problem was he was training players in the PG spot for 48mins and still expected to win in the abbl!

another classic case of yoda wanting his cake and eating it too...

but then again yeah just on the bandwagon and get rid of matty mottram LOL

I'm genuinely concerned i will get rolled tonight as well. Injuries buggered up my minutes this week and after buying Levine i have no cash to spend on a couple of 15k cup fillers. I am a very good chance to go from Cup semi finalist to a 1st rd exit
