"Falling on deaf ears"? Wolph...
No, people get it. You tend to go on, and on, and on - how could they not?
The thing is: you're so over-the-top in your protestations, people simply don't care. They switch off.

I might even agree with some of what you had to say... if I wasn't labeled a "sell-out" in the first sentence or so. Past that point? I don't give a rat's behind what you have to say.

but STILL refuses to select the best SF in NT history to the team. and stuff....

I thought he did select Oishi. Unless your talking about Tsunami. He hasn't played enough NT games to be called the best ever. Maybe in the future he will be but as of right now....Oishi hands down. Maybe you are talking about TSP again. I don't know how you came to this conclusion. And look out for Matsuyama....Mizik is pretty good at building SF's and Matsuyama is already a beast and he has HOF pot. Mizik buying Mukai was a very good thing for Matsuyama...he now is pouring OD and passing into this kid...He could be the one...
I really want a MVP or better player in the next draft. Please draft gods!!

If your opinion aint for sale, then frankly don'T sell it.

If you say something wolph, either own it, or back off it. But don't deny saying it at all.

This focus on TSPs over reality really goes on a little too much. Sure, TSPs are important... but it's not the end of the story.

Come on now.....YOU SAID that Tsunami is the best SF in the history of the NT....that is like saying some rookie coming in is the best basketball player in history when he hasn't done anything yet. Now, if you had said Tsunami will/could/should be the best SF in the history of the NT. I would have understood a bit better. AND, I am not talking up Oishi but the numbers are there, he has started for the NT since he was 23 and has put the time in. So for you to say that Tsunami, with his 7 NT appearances is a better NT SF than Oishi with his 72 appearances is crazy. Maybe when Tsunami is finished he will be the best SF in Nippon NT history, but for now....he has to find his way on the team.

So really any NT coach in Japan would probably use your boy....so this whole conversation really isn't about you, your player etc...
Unless you got another player on the team I don7t know about who doesn'T belong there?

You know who he is talking about....It's my players. He hates that I have players on the team. Anybody but YC's players. In fact, I wouldn't doubt that he isn't one of the NO votes on the U-21 page.
I guess we just hate each other like that.
BTW....Who is going to be the local coach next season? I am tyring to get Stunners to do it. Swoosh disappeared this past week and that makes him a scary pick. I would rather have BB King than some newbie. I guess we will see...that will be the offseason drama..

Wolph I read your posts & agree with a lot of what you said.

Malice if you can be bothered you need to read back through this thread & see that I have moved on long ago from what you keep accusing me of. Now I am just giving my assessment of the team's progress: bad.

I agree that some games are easy wins & others impossible but I can't see any clever moves. Please point some out that I have missed.

YC I'm obviously not asking for Kaname Kouzuki to go back on the team now after so many skill drops at age 35 but back when I was advocating him his OD & PA were 2 of the things that I thought made him a potential NT player, both are still average. I agree I like all rounded players. Sonada was never my fault, he was capped when I got him, guys I have trained are Takayoshi Kawagichi, Daisaku Kawaida, Noritada Konoe & Shin Shidehara. All 4 are PGs really designed to be good in LI & all 4 have at least 1 strong or better inside skills. They aren't SFs but I do try to avoid those atrocious secondaries.

Training out of position is hard, I have basically given up this season to train my young guys, I hope it will be worth it in the long run. Next season will be worse if I do some OD & PA for Ichiro Nishimura & Eita Wakatsuki, maybe I should do it this season seeing as this 1 is already lost.
