Players in the running for this year's team are on the offsite with the comparison to this year's team. Things are looking up for U21

It is nice to have to make some roster decisions between players with similar skills vs. being forced to take anyone remotely close to the skills we want on the team.

Partially through the 19 and 18 year old scouting. 19 year olds, looking nice. 18 year olds, not so nice. Awful training being done. Of the top 20 draftees last year, 5 have received 3 pops or less all season. The others are not much better. Don't know what to say...

If anyone wants to help out BBmailing managers with training plans for U21, please BBmail me. 1 person for guards and 1 person for bigs would be ideal.

If you can line up a capable manager to buy him for a reasonable rate, that may convince them? Otherwise, probably just work with them to try to train at this point, don't want to burn any bridges in case they get another solid prospect.
