1) You almost won against Lithuania despite a missed gdp using same effort.
2) We've lost against Lithuania putting more effort.
3) You literally destroyed us (more than a normalvsTIE could explain).

But you've really written "we are Italy, you are the small Belgium, you have nothing to do in the semi's, leave us the spot".

This season Belgium had a better roster than Italy, that's clear for anyone who knows the game. And you had Germany and Lithuania to play after us. So, we thought that increasing your enthusiasm with that TIE would be good for you too. And also this should be simple for anyone who knows how to win gold medals at U21 level.
Finally I know why, despite having hell of rosters from S60, Belgium have reached just 2 medals in this period, wasting an incredible amount of great players using an absolutely crazy number of normals instead of TIEs.

You really have the chance to win a gold medal this season thanks to some lucky coincidences (our poor roster, Spain with a WO). I really hope that belgian community could win this gold because I don't think that this opportunity will recur soon. Unless you learn how to use the enthusiasm of a top NT/U21 team.

i'm sorry, but that is what you are projecting with a TIE deal.

a TIE deal means 1 of 2 things:
If you are the stronger country and are offering a TIE deal, you basically are telling the opponent that you don't belong here, give us the win and be happy that we are giving you the courtesy of not losing too badly so that you can hopefully use that enthusiasm to win a game down the road.

If you are the weaker team, then you are either announcing a total capitulation, at which point you are begging the other team not to destroy you and keep the point difference the same OR you are trying to deceive them, making sure they play TIE so that you can win a game with Normal vs TIE instead of CT vs a normal enthusiasm.

Either way, i look at TIE deals as a low blow.

And that is just perceiving between the 2 nations. How would you as a 3rd nation feel if you had to play nation B the next week, but because they made a TIE deal, they both managed to grow their enthusiasm while you had to fight for your own result.

TIE deals are something i wish didn't exist. I don't agree with the way how Joe and Guiguits go about, since i find that dishonorable. However, offering the TIE deal is equally dishonorable in the first place, because of the message that it sends.

Oh and ifItaly is unhappy about it, be sure to take revenge during the next game. hopefully both teams will meet eachother at the WC. would be a nice grudge match.

So why the hell your U21 coach has proposed a TIE deal against a team stronger than Italy!?

Because we used a normal against Greece on our first round last game, and we needed to restore our enthusiasm for games against Germany and Lithuania. Plus, a double TIE would have guaranteed us a minor loss of PD that, as you can see looking at the actual standings, it would be very useful for us. Plus, you had clearly a better roster but we had a little chance to win anyway using same effort, considering that the distance between the two rosters didn't seem too big, at least before the game (we were a little surprised on how you smashed our team).

Thinking that a TIE in the first game of the 2nd round is required to win a gold medal is just the proof you have no idea about what you are talking. Have you ever been a NT/U21 coach? Have you ever won something?

Yeah, i've been Italy U21 Coach for 6 seasons and i've won 3 golds, 1 silver and 2 bronzes. You can check if you want. I think i'm the only one U21 coach to have won a medal in every season as a coach (among those who managed a U21 team for six seasons or more). I've done that playing TIE in EVERY game before semifinals all the 6 seasons. Did I satisfied enough your curiosity? Who has no idea of what we are talking about?

Once again you have no idea about what you are talking. An incredible amount of great players? Our 2 first AtG ever are currently 27, the very first belgian player with TSP higher than 160 is currently 29... Are you really saying the reason why we have won only 2 medals is because the TS management? The fact that we have to manage with only 150 users compared to more than 1100 for Italy is not a better reason? You don't know what to invent to save your face

You are talking about NT players. I'm not on top of NT stuff. So, I can't judge. I was talking about U21 rosters that guiguits (and you also?) have built in these past seasons. I confirm that. Hell of rosters (congratulations btw, we've worked much worse), poor results compared to the level of the players.
