Yes, I did. Had to do a double-take when I saw it; but thanks to this nifty sticky thread, I could research and make sure it was only one week. Lo and behold: (8736.46)

The same thing was reported to have happened to a Canadian NT player (10498.11) Both players in question are under the age of 20.

What's interesting is that I've been waiting for my kid to pop in either IS or ID (both secondaries of RB), and neither has happened. I'm curious as to whether the increased training speed for youngsters might only be increased for the primary skill being trained.
