I would advise against it. With those JS/JR and OD stats it looks like too much work.

I've gotten a pretty good big man trainee from the draft even though I had the last pick. I want to boost my inside defense by training one position ID for my three big men with level 5 trainer for the whole season, however I would like to ask for your opinion if this is advisable. For the last season and a half, I've been doing two-position training.

Do 1 position training if the other big-men you have are pretty old and you don't have any other potential trainees. I think 1 position training sounds good to me.

How about training ID for the whole season, would that be advisable? I want to turn my whole team into a defensive one that could stop any offense. Already got guards with great OD with some passing to at least have competent game flow.

That could work, the only thing is that 2 of them will be 21 year old next season. Not that 21 year old is old for training, but rate of training will slow down a bit. Yep if you want to make your team defensive, 1 season for ID training wouldn't be a bad idea.
