I usa Australia as example not because I have nothing against the managers of Australia, but because the excuse "the game is still young,we need time to reach the equilibrium" used by zyler is completely false
You had 12 season to hit the salary cap and to create competition, and as like you, many other nations, but you and the other nations still don't reach it.That's would not be a problem for us,if this situatiuon would not still continue to penalize us on the market, that is the only place where we face you
In terms of growth, Australia is a lot younger than countries like Italy and Spain. From what i've seen, online basketball games are more popular in these places and maybe more advertising went to these areas as well, i'm not sure but for whatever reason, countries such as Italy and Spain (they seem to be the example being used here) have grown in size a lot quicker than some other countries (like Australia) and so have hit their cap faster.
Australia has shown rather considerable and rapid growth in the last 2-3 seasons and because of the increased competition, we are quickly reaching our caps also. In a way, you could almost say that Australia didn't really start until around season 8.
This is the situation and as the game continues to grow, everything will eventually reach an equilibrium. Until that time, if you have a temporary resolution to a transfer market problem that you say you are seeing, you're more than welcome to post a suggestion for fixing this in the Suggestions forum but simply saying "It's not fair, we need more money" kind of stuff over and over is not going to get you anywhere.
