After my new trainee finishes with U21, I will fire my trainer and dedicate half a season to ST and FT. In the meantime, I'll buy 5-10 18y olds, Perennial allstars/Superstars for cheap and hope they will get some pops, then sell them. To me, that's the only feasible way to get something out of crosstraining. Using CT to actually train players and then expect them to play an important role in your team - I think it's not.

You mean team training FT/ST or other skills?

Training FT and ST is certainly better than before, but as for other skills it still sucks...

My feeling has been that since all his stats are high, no matter what i train it will be held back by FT and ST.

IF cross-training chooses FT or ST. When CT chooses another high skill, the training drop of trained skill will be less than 10%.

The game is really interesting. Very good and beautiful. But the revenue is very difficult. I think it would be better if the teams will have a sponsor. Almost none of the team is without a sponsor. Only from television, tickets are sold out, and attributes from sales proceeds for the development team is very little. I think we have to bring the sponsor of this game.

Pressure trains HA, DR and ID as secondaries, so this is not considered as CT training.
