well I'd rather come 3rd or 4th then come 6th, even if it meant a 430k difference.
Thats how scary it is this season in the relegation series...

I agree, however the potential danger of a couple of injuries causing you to relegate when you are in a easy and safe series (see Koopasaurus vs South Brisbane Vultures for an example) can be seen as compensation for the obvious financial benefits.

On the other hand there is no penalty for coming 5th except the specter of the Arabia Phoenix haunting you the next season.

Koop is correct, this season is potentially a risky time to be 6th, one week to see what moves Zazz, Iwen and Hadders make.

Valid point

Id much rather finish 4th than 6th.

Both Iwen and Shanmag scare me lots and you are right an injury to Pedrosa or a lesser starter, would be horrible for HA.

Shanmag has put up a couple of posts which highlight her obvious dislike of me, so I fully expect her to dip into her buldging vault.

Rumour has it that she has so much cash that she has to vacuum seal it, so that it fits into the vault

I do have another card to play but will wait to see who plays what cards first and or still have the capacity to cover an injury

Happy to swap ladder positions with BHB or Koops if it was Possible.

This week should be about gameshapes and protecting players from injury

Have dwelled abit on a few stupid losses that have occurred this season which would have saved HA from this situation

What about your two lucky wins against me? They may have saved you from a date with Duffman!

Certainly was very unimpressive in the last game I played against you Yoda.

Little doubt if you had of used more enthusiam against me in that game that I would have lost it.

Mind you you would have done HA a huge favour if you could have rolled CCat in your last game

Yeah i am very glad i will finish 5th at worst. Especially given i have lost 3 guys to injury including a bloke the day after i listed him. Gotta love it!

I will finally get Fosco off my books - i listed him various timed between 450k & 750k and he never went. Started him at 300k this time and the bidding is already up to 804k......go figure

All you need is a first bid, then usually the bidder stays with the player... hence bidding wars!

Once again I get a rare glimpse into the world of the elite ABBL players. I get to see those super elite players whose amazing skills far outweigh those of any players I could ever hope to buy and I see...

not much special.

Fosco is a bog standard big salary C with bad passing and respectable OD.

Shee chong is a defensive specialist with bad secondaries but probably cost effective as a rebound machine.

Edwards is very interesting but why is his JR so much higher than his JS? Driving sucks but he is an Aussie, young and great for the right team.

Finally Mikey Bergman, the best guard in the ABBL. Well he sure can defend! And shoot, drive, handle, pass...but wow 2 x atrocious, 1 x inept and 1 x pitiful in his inside skills. I would have expected better. Still that defence is impressive. He is special!

You seem to have bought Bergman for $600k and Edwards for $200k unless stuff is missing from their records. If you can sell them for $3,000,000 and $2,000,000 that ill be a fair profit as well as the great services they have provided.

Someone give Channel 9 a call

Lets get rid of James Brayshaw from the cricket commentory team and give Yoda a go on special comments
