i believe it is not difficult to create SF with higher salary in those list, but most of them won't make a U21 squad so i like that additional criteria for guaranting a bt quality, to avoid all those monoskilled jumshooters8not saying your linked one are it, but i am doubting that there will be in when only salary is the key too)
