yeah,I just check out your results and especially the ratings of your teams in Cymru...and I should accept your lessons about the game? Please don't try to be a professor when you can't be one
The things that you mentioned are partially right, communication is the key...but again,it's not what you mean for communication.Communication with the manager to help them growing as manager with the goal to develop better players, doesn't necessarily need "funny things" like live chat or radio.Need week by week work from both the counterparts through Bb-mails,opening threads in the national forum to discuss about different tactics and training strategies and so on."funny things" like live chat and or radio are a plus in the communication of a NT,but is a very secondary thing about communication.Sometimes you have to expain and dictate your ideas,if the mananger can't understand why you are asking him a certain kind of development for his player
I don't think that any of the foreigner candidates have claimed"hey,we can beat China next season".But have realistic gola, doesn't mean that you don't have to push to always get the best team possible, and win the highest number possible of games

It's not my communication skills that are subpar,it's just you that don't want to listen and want to keep your ideasno matter what is the other side arguments.I am giving you an advise, you are free to accept or reject it

I think the communication side is more important than the tactic side.

With an U21 team the side fairly much picks itself. Maybe 1-2 close calls on players.

Then you play LI/M2M every game. You TIE as much as you can throwing in 1 CT a season. What is so hard in the tactics?

What is hard is dealing with us. We Nippon managers are very difficult & demanding. There will be anger. There will be criticism. There will be language issues. Keeping us happy & doing the right training & caring about the team is the big thing. The coach needs to be diplomatic. How diplomatic have these Italian guys been?

A diplomat puts all his cards on the table, but still has some up each sleeve, can put his foot down without stepping on someone's toes, can keep his shirt on while getting something off his chest & can tell you to go to hell so tactfully that you look forward to the trip.

That is what I want.
