I would say that if you have another guy who is taller than this guy, then I suggest you put your biggest guy as center, but if not then put him as a center. If he is the tallest guy on your team, than let him be center. From looking at how you described him, doesn't seem suitable for a PG or a SF. It would be smart to put him as C or PF. Make him get better on his inside shot, defense, and free throws.

Actually, he should put the player with better secondaries at PF and the one with better IS/ID/RB at C. Height has no effect in the game.

hey guys, i read all of the above and still couldn't decide how to train this guy.
Weekly salary: $ 3 745
Role: backup
(BuzzerBeta)
DMI: 16800
Age: 18
Height: 6'11" / 211 cm
Potential: perennial allstar
Game Shape: strong
Jump Shot: pitiful ↑ Jump Range: pitiful
Outside Def.: atrocious Handling: respectable
Driving: awful Passing: awful
Inside Shot: strong ↑ Inside Def.: average
Rebounding: respectable Shot Blocking: atrocious
Stamina: atrocious Free Throw: proficient
Experience: atrocious
i have him for 10 days now, and he seems like a nice catch for 13k.
i want him to be a nice PF/C for the 4th and 3rd class league, and ofcurse, i want to maintain his low salary for as long as i can.
i have another 20 years old trinee, but he has a bad potientia (starter) and a bit highier.
so i'm trying to dance on both weddings here.
last week i traind them IS, and i'm about to do so for a few weeks now.
i would be grateful for some advice.

as an overall advice, it would be better to train some skill for a few weeks in a row, or to change every week?

Like Wolph above me said, it makes almost no difference. However, I'd train the lowest skill first to level it up with other similar skills.
For example, if you had a guard like:
6, 5
3, 6
6, 5
I'd train OD to 6 first and then go after other skills.

what sort of salary do you see him finishing at?
Do you want a player to keep for a while or sell for a profit? (if you sell for a profit you might be able to invest in a better trainee one day).
If you want to train him up to his potential and keep him i would suggest training his passing if you can, but it would mean training him and possibly your other trainees in positions where they dont play very well!
Also his JS will be important to train.
I think he'd be better to train as a centre than a PF
If you can only train inside skills this season then i would be tempted to increase IS, ID and REB and keeping them all equal.
In the mean time plan to switch to passing and jumpshot the following season or so.
