Join the offsite and you get twenty minutes of work on paint with me building you an avatar and team banner.

If that doesn't get you on the offsite, that we don't want you on the offsite.

Just like Oriolekid said, "rebuild" shouldn't be the word. The problem we are having right now is that people are quitting which leads to the offsite getting less populated. If you look at it though, many of the managers that have been seriouse about the NT/U21 are still on the offsite.

One way to gain more excitement is by having exciting teams for American managers to enjoy. Just like real sports, when your team is losing you don't pay as much attention to them. We can gain excitement by allowing the managers to have the opportunity to build other player builds rather than the usual cookie cutter skill sets. More and more managers are wanting to create unique players to play on their club teams and we need to in fact incourage that. I got an email from a handful of managers this past season asking me about training for some very unique builds. I was not even part of the scouting team this past season, but yet I had managers contacting me because they knew my thoughts on unique builds due to my NT running last season. There are more managers than you can imagine that want to see those different builds because the U21/NT have become boring with the same LI players. This is how I will work to gain more excitement on the offsite by lettin everyone know that literally any skillset could make the team.

Also, I mentioned this on the offsite, but I feel we need to be even more personal on the offsite and really get to know each other. When managers create relationships with others it makes it easier to join the offsite and be involved. We shouldn't just be a username.

Well I'm not so sure about your Ke$ha idea... but I think most D.IV managers who are to in a very active league forum would be willing to join simply by knowing that they will get to chat and get involved with more managers. Our offsite crew has a ton of fun conversations and it is much closer than the forums on here. I think that should attract managers.

I'm voting for a coach, not a politician. First one to not act like a politician gets my vote.

Well a politician would never have a hamster eating a carrot as their avatar so I think I've already convinced you.

To all the candidates - this is easily researchable off-site and I just did, but would you like to state for the record the last season that you participated in the U21 scouting program?

Very enlightening question Fewmit. Season 19 supposedly was my last time to be completely honest and there really isn't any excuses for that. However, I can say, I got very tired of the same builds over and over that made me feel like a robot when advising managers how to train.

As you know fewmit, I have been very involved with the U21 NT game planning for the entire last season and am working as a scout again this season whether I am elected or not.
