I should one day play in my league in Bosnia with people from Mexiko, Island, Camerun, Hong Kong, Norway, Brasil... no thanks. That's not fun to me, can't imagine that.
One of the argument for a second team is that's probably not fun to be two in Malta or Pakistan. Bosnia is safe with 329 managers.
What instead closing micronations? While they add "color" to the game, it is clear that there is no development at all, there. I remember when I coached Ghana U21 for 4 seasons, and it came out that the 5 active teams there were managed by a single egyptian user using an internet proxy.
I agree on everything that King Leonidas says; farms, planned exchanges, lose of coherence in the lower league forums. And I would add:
- Supporters will have the chance to test on real matches all the tactics and trainings that at the moment nobody will do to not risk losing matches. This is an advantage on the game, contrary to the BB rules: "Supporters shouldn't have any advantage"
- Supporters already have they "second team": it's the private leagues, where you can play a second tournament, parallel to the main one, without any impact on the daily team life.
No, really, please drop this idea. One man, one team.
