Not really. Off head, I know I picked Harvard to beat Cincinnati, and Tennessee to beat UMass. I missed the St. Joe's and New Mexico game. I did go back and forth a bit on Gonzaga and Oklahoma State. And even though they messed up my bracket even more, I'm proud of SFA advancing to the 3rd round.

Nearly all the OT games screwed me in the first round. Have Louisville winnning. Only 1 other person has Louisville winning so if they win I win.

I ask the same question.

Also TragicBronson- I think you are undervaluing KU a lot. Embiid is a big part of the team but Wiggins, Perry Ellis, Tharpe and our other forwards are stacked. New Mexico may be a problem but that is also assuming that they actually make it past the first round.

New Mexico plays a very experienced and good defensive team in Stanford (who happen to have 6 seniors on their team) and I honestly think they will be beating New Mexico. New Mexico has the size advantage for sure but they also had a better roster last year and they lost to the likes of Harvard.

You're right - New Mexico wasn't a problem at all for Kansas. And since they're on the win one, lose one pattern for March, they're a lock to win their next game!

where they play (you guessed it) Wichita State, the most underrated, disrespected, predicted against, and generally shit-on #1 seed in recent memory. I can't pick a winner here, I have ties to both schools and want both to win. We'll call it a draw!

Wichita State's a hell of a team. It's a shame they couldn't get the respect by beating up on a power conference team and instead having to play a second-tier SEC team.

And with that out of the way, anyone who doesn't want Florida to win it all should root for SF Austin tonight. Not that Florida would lose to them or have a harder time than against UCLA, but the simple fact that Florida has never won the tournament without defeating UCLA at some point in the tournament.

It may not matter - I speak for a large number of Gator fans who consider the thought of possibly having to beat Michigan State and Louisville back to back as terribly imposing. Pitino pretty much always beats Donovan, and Sparty's given the Gators a hard time in the past too. And there are plenty of other teams that *can* do the job.

I got real frustrated today. Lack of D down the stretch and fill trouble killed both my teams today. KU only had 2 guys trying, Frankamp and Black, and when Black fouled out he was forced to sit on the sidelines and watch his teammates piss away the rest of his college career. I feel terrible for him, once he was gone Stanford could do anything they wanted inside. WSU just couldn't defend at the end, Kentucky was at the line every possession, their floor general Van Vleet picked up his 4th and went to the bench, then couldn't get a good shot in the waning seconds. Then Mercer lost, which was disappointing cause they seemed cool, and SFA got knocked out which sucked, I had them beating UCLA, and Creighton, one of my Final 4 teams, is down by 30. Rough day.

KU missed 21 shots in the paint, which meant the lay-ups just were not falling. They bounced all over the place but couldn't find the net. Wiggins only took 6 shots (3 of which he missed in the paint), which is just a showing of inexperience and the more experienced team in Stanford won, we see it every year. Stanford deserved the win, it is just sad that the shots were not falling for the Jayhawks.

Meant to mention the missed layups too. The majority of the game KU lacked any form of offensive spark, it was so hard to watch. Stanford definitely deserved the win, but not as much as Kansas deserved to lose. Wiggins needed to be more aggressive, Tharpe needed to step up and be more of a leader, and someone needed to fill in once Tarik Black fouled out and play D in the paint. It was an all-around poor showing for the Hawks.

On the flip side, wait for next year. KU is gonna be STACKED. At this point it's looking like Embiid will be back, Frank Mason, Conner Frankamp and Jamari Traylor have shown that they can handle pressure well and totally ball, Perry Ellis is developing into an All-Big 12 caliber player, and we're gaining two monster recruits in Kelly Oubre and Cliff Alexander. Next year could easily be a Final Four year for KU, perhaps even a championship.

Kelly used to go to my school :D

But yeah, the Jayhawks were constantly flat.
