I HATE HATE HATE the way we try and buy staff, especially higher quality staff.
I have been trying to replace my $55K per week trainer now for 3-4 weeks. I started off bidding just over the previous bid. Then I upped it to 200K, no luck. (for a superior trainer)
Then I upped it to 300K, no luck.
lastly I bidd 400K, and got overbid.

I hate to pay 500K for a friggin trainer.

What have yall been paying, and please tell me you secrets if you have better luck.

I decided to tank and take the demotion in hopes that the 2 divisions will balance out a little bit. Who knows, the Express may end up back here in season 61 on the Big 8 side
