During this offseason processing, do injuries get wiped clean at some point? Yesterday I had a player that was injured, and estimated recovery was 6-11 days. This morning, he is no longer injured… I would expect that to be the case if the remaining timeframe yesterday was let’s say 1-2 days, but from 6-11 to injury free in 1 night?

I’m assuming since the age increase and salary changes were processed yesterday, at some point the injury was also cleared. Has anyone else had this happen to them? Can anyone confirm this is the case?

Happened to me as well. It is probably part of the off-season reset.

"We begin off-season processing. After the conclusion of the last competitive national team game of the day, this involves draft's procedure, injuries and a Game Shape reset [..]"

Is it worth training a center with atrocious outside defense or is it not really a big deal?

In general no, especially if they are tall. You want your players to be well-rounded for salary reasons, and trying to train a 7'0" guy from 1 OD is going to be painful.

No to No.

Yes, it is painful, but it is worth it, especially in you want to get away from zone defenses.

What type of seats is best to build at the beginning and why? How should the arena look, more or less, after a season or two of tanking?

You should try to max out courtside seats (at 500) and luxury boxes (at 50) relatively early, as these are not as heavily dependent on bad game results as bleachers and lower tier seats. Especially when tanking, these should be the best ones to invest in.
