definitly no upcoming worldclass c but i'm very very happy and proud to have him. he was only the 15th pick in a very active divII and i planed to train bigmen next season anyway. he had nice height and i liked his skillset with his 'secondaries' od5 hn7 ps7. so i chose to keep him and was sure he can make it to my rotation some day.
----
in his first season he just had a few ups, he wasnt my main trainee. in the second season i focused on him and he got one pop after another. last season again he did not get 48mins every week.
----
this season i will focus my training on him again and help him to reach his full potential.

don't know if he's my best tranee, but definitly my favorite one

he's really starting to become worth his nickname 'pat the threat' ;-) think i'll go on with sb. potential won't allow he's becoming an offensive weapon i guess. so he will be my defensive stopper.

coach lvl5 all the time btw

Wow a 22 year old, this revives my faith that players over 20 can improve, you did a good job on this player. Can you say when you started training him?

I'm still training my 24 year old NT player, they can improve, but it takes longer.. So instead of 2 weeks per JS pop it's around 4.

My team could really use some stamina training, but I want to train this guy as much as possible while still young. Any suggestions?
