I hope that in near future, we will be able to train all position at same time with the same speed that we train now one position.

That idea, or something similar, has been suggested many times. It would go a long way to fixing several of the issues this game has.
Unfortunately there are several vocal opponents of making any changes to the training system.

I've seen them range from:
1) It would take to many resources and/or time to implement/code.
2) Changing the structure of the game is wrong.
3) I spent xxx years training the old way and anyone suggesting a change is just looking for a shortcut.
I can't speak for #1 since I'm not a coder. For #2, well change is inevitable, get used to it. As for #3, that one always sounds like somebody trying to maintain an advantage over newcomers.

Not sure whether this has been suggested before or if this is just a minor suggestion but it would add a realistic layer to the game if we had player morale which affects the players game play. It would be affected by how much your team wins, the players overall feeling of the direction of the team, and his chemistry with other players. But if this was implemented then we'd might have to give all players real personalities which definitely won't happen...

I guess. But this would be more about how they feel which would affect their mentality and how they play. So if he's happy with the team, due to winning and maybe good chemistry, then he'll play very well but if he doesn't like the team, because he hates the system or the coach, then he plays bad.

Also, it wouldn't really be like game shape because you can indirectly control someones game shape by simply adjusting how many minutes they play. The morale would be something that the user cannot control at all, like in real life. But the user would try to win more or play a player in a better position to ease a players emotions but this still wouldn't be a sure thing. So while not like game shape in terms of user power, it would have some random factor as does GS.
