I dont think the game taxing training for small ball clubs is the best options, maybe of certian worth and etc. But 50% off the top is way to high with no proper arena of players to bring in incoem to start. I think trainer salaray setting need to changed to seasonal not weekly, this would help everyone afford a decent trainer. Im trying to look at it from angle. I feel like new player are going to be stuck in a cycle with the taxes set at 50% for low ball clubs.
If they don't spend more than they earn, they pay 0% tax. If a new team is being hurt by this tax, perhaps they should take that as an object lesson that losing money is bad and work on building their economy up the right way. Level 4 trainers are quite affordable to purchase with a reasonable salary (i.e., under 16k), and are more than effective enough to train players to become very good.
If there's a cycle of debt, a 0% tax rate isn't going to get rid of it. To break a cycle of debt, you either make more money or spend less money, or ideally both. The tax is just a nudge toward actually addressing the issue the proper way.
