i do know something, but there a lot of the intricacies of the game which i don't.

1)i don't want to go and buy a player for 2 million when he's only worth one.

2)i don't want to train a player when its pointless to do so.

these are my main 2 concerns

first step : buy some trainer with high level=top level(i recomendde to you not to cost this trainer over than 1 m)

second step : buy some player with high attributes...i think with the rest of money you can buy 1 team = 5 players....consist two or threehigh stats and two high potential stats...

if you still have money you can expand you arena stadium....
