Do you think it's worth it to keep PR staff for the offseason (dont know if there's a huge effect on merchandise) maybe i should fire him?

*Can't find any info on the offseason, is there anywhere i can read about it to learn more?

That is smart thinking for a new player. ;)

PR Staff in the off season offer you the benefit of merchandise proceeds. Though, the difference between the levels is still not drastic, you could save 12-15k a week if you have a level 4 PR guy by dropping him (don't forget the severence fee in your calculations) until you reach the start of the season and want to re-hire. At which point you have to compete to rehire a new PR staff. Doctors have some benefit should the unlikely chance that a player will get banged up in a scrimmage game. Trainers still train, so losing them is not beneficial.

So, unless you hibernate (run Team training on stamina or free throws while not actively looking for scrimmages), you have little need for the PR manager. If you are not playing games in which you split the revenue (5th or 8th place) and you are strapped for cash, the PR guy is the easiest to cut. If you have enough cash to carry you 3 weeks with little income (you still get TV and merchansie income) and you like your PR Guy, then keep him.

Thanks :) Actually i planned to get a L5 PR but then that thought came to my mind.. Im now settling for my L1 (just joined last week) least until the start of next season here.. I'll keep my L4 trainer because i want my players to get better.. As far as doctors i may be wrong, but as long as my players recover im gonna leave it at L1.

What do you mean by 3 weeks? What happens during those 3 weeks? And after those 3 weeks do i get my attendance income back or what? Sorry i read everything in the rules and still couldn't find answers for this..

The third final match is 09/06 and the next season begins 09/12, six days later.

I think he means that if you aren't in a postseason or relegation series, there's actually three weeks with no income from games. Teams that reach their league final have only one week of no game income, teams that reach either the relegation or the postseason (but not the final) have only two weeks, and the 5th and 8th place guys wind up with three lost weeks. That's why I'm hoping to stay comfortably in 6th place in my league ;)

So you mean here the offseason is really just a week and then a new regular season begins? Really, crap im currently 5th in my league! (i intend to make the playoffs though) :)

And of course not only 5th and 8th play those friendlies but team knocked out from play offs too.
