On a side note if you see a trnsfer listed player with a green arrow you know that he will not go up in that skill for a couple more trainings :P

Question, how long is each training ... Interval ? One week? When does it Start/Finish?

Training happens once a week. I think its slightly different in every country. Here it is on a Friday night at 7:10.

Australia is Friday night at 5:30pm, but it is always Saturday to Friday in line with each countries schedule
