Yes he is great SF prospect, and for the next 2 seasons i will train his inside skills, and then i will sell him to a guard trainer, to develop his outside skills, and built a very nice SF for my NT. BUT i need to win now, and also training some talented big men, i cant afford to switch my training to the guards

The best long-term solution I can think of,is buy a good SG(height is a plus) and train him inside along with your normal big man trainees...Probably a 20 yo SG,already developed at a decent level in outside skills...After 1 or 2 seasons,you have your star SF ;)

I want what all men want...I just want it more.

I think that you are too big team to rely on a 18-year-old. But you cannot make a big transfer, too... So, I will agree with James Bond. Buy a 20-21 year old (already trained in outside skills) and convert him to a SF.
