At this time we are without NT manager.
I suggest you train him in outside D to at least respectable (and then either train him further in outside D, or jump shot, or maybe even handling) and come back when the next elections end. Your player sure has a good chance.
But by that time many managers will have trained their players, so unless you keep training him, he might not make the cut.
At this time he certainly is fit for our NT.
