On the same topic does a new team keep the scouting done by the previous owner?

So do bot teams move down in the draft order? What if a owner team takes over for another team late in the season. Do they keep the same draft spot or move to the bottom?

no the bot promotion, have no effect on draft. So if you are "weaker" then a bot, he will make his random pick after yours.

Hope this answer your quetions, because i am not sure that this is the answer you want to hear.

no, but every team have 10-15 free pieces of information so that team who started late in the season could see at least a bit.

Both bots and new teams draft according to normal draft order. Bots just make their picks randomly - there is a good chance, they won't pick good players. Draft happens before promotions and relegations take place. Brand new teams don't inherit any scounting from the previous team but they do (as any other team*) get some free additional scouting reports.

*Whether they got the same amount of additional info as normal teams with the same amount of scouting reports they paid for, wasn't discussed before (as much as I can tell) , so we can assume the amount is the same probably.

Ok, thank you for the information.

I know this has been discussed before but how many weeks must an owner not "sign in" before he is kicked off and someone else or a Bot takes over his team? Thanks

another question, i have been playing only a couple of weeks and with the season coming to an end and being in last spot i have invested the 40 to scount some players. Where and when does the information appear ? As i can't find anything in the edit draft order list or in training.

Information appears when the season ends at Edit Draft Orders, then you could see information about players depending on how much money you´ve invested in scouting, to set the order.

That´s only beautiful words, depending on your invest you´ll see minimum information or a more complete one, let´s say, as if the player went to your campus, then you can see potential, age, etc. a more complete scout, if you don´t invest a lot you´ll see a report about a match played by him.
