in B3(BBB) you can't TIE.It was in season 6 or 7, but right now it's like in a scrimmage game.

That may be because it doesn't work the same for every team (as it is stated in the rules) and lower teams have less harsh enthusiasm regime and more favourable home court advantage. That may be it.
