Just to make this clear: There has been no functional change to the way the staff system works. All we did was make a "1" display as "Minimal" (with a "1" as the mouseover text), "2" display as "Basic" (with a "2" as the mouseover text), etc.
Nothing else has changed. It's only the display names, which are now more consistent with the rest of the nomenclature on the site.
